Terms & Conditions of Rental

1. The deposit is 50% of the total rent and is payable at the time of the booking.  By paying the deposit you accept these "Terms & Conditions of Rental."

Payment may be made as follows:

(a) Cheques or bank drafts, in Euros, made payable to Maureen Rawcliffe can be sent to, Les Blaques Basses, Route d'Apt, 84750 Viens, Provence, France. 

(b) Bank transfers, in Euros, can be made to Crédit Agricole in France.     We will email an international banking number (IBAN) to you. 

(c)  Bank transfers, in Sterling, can be made to Barclays in the U.K.   We will email details to you.

(d) PayPal payments are also acceptable in Sterling or U.S. dollars.  We will email details to you.

2. Balance is due eight (8) weeks before due date of arrival.

3.  A property deposit of 300 Euros in cash is required upon arrival and will be refunded after checking that the property is in good order upon departure.

4. Full refunds (less a 10% administration fee) are only available for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival time.  The cancellation fee is based on the full value of the booking.

5. Your accommodation will be spotless when you arrive and we ask you to leave it in a tidy state upon departure.  Cleaning rates are available if you would like someone to clean during your stay.

6. It is the guest's responsibility to inform us of any changes and/or additional guests (including pets or any special needs) that are not advised at the time of booking.  It is at our discretion to accept variations to the original booking.

7. Guests are greeted personally between 4pm and 6pm on the day of arrival or by prior arrangement.  Guests are asked to contact Maureen Rawcliffe on +33 (0) 4 90 75 16 83 on the evening before the arrival date to confirm an approximate arrival time.  We will also supply a mobile telephone number. Guests are asked to depart by 11am or by prior arrangement.

8. Travel insurance is recommended.
