The Lubéron region, stretching fifty-five kilometres along the ridge of rugged hills between Cavaillon and Manosque, hides some of France's most appealing medieval hilltop villages and landscapes set in the Parc Naturel de Lubéron.  The area has been inhabited since Neolithic time and later warriors, traders and travellers used the Domitian Way (the most ancient roadway in France) which still crosses the Lubéron.

Whether you enjoy walking, driving, cycling or riding, Saignon is ideally situated as a base from which to explore this whole stunning area.
